Returns & Exchanges

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all our custom merchndise under normal wearing conditions. We will repair or replace our merchandise at no charge (third party repairs void this warranty). This warranty includes: loose stones, stone setting malfunction, or band breakage. All of our estate jewelry has a one year repair guarantee.

Our custom merchandise had proven to last a lifetime. Our master bench jewelers make sure that your jewelry will never need to be repaired.

If your ring size was altered from our standard size 6, then your ring is considered custom and cannot be returned for a full chargeback. However, we will exchange your merchandise for another product or service of equal or less value. Shipping & Return charges are to be paid by the customer.

All purchase made at Rings4Mothers will be made to our parent company DrJeweler & Gifts.

24 hour Chargeback Policy

Full refunds will be made to the customer if they ask for a refund via phone, email with in 24 hours of purchase. All custom jewelry merchandise is casted 24hours after you make your purchase. You have up to and not to exceeed this 24 hours to contact us for a full chargeback of your credit card or payment type. Learn more about our [custom jewelry process].

JEWELRY RESIZING

Recieve a ring thats too small or large? Neclace or bracelet that's too long or short? Please contact us before sending any merchandise back. All return and shipping prices are to be paid by the customer.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made up to 14 days after reciept of jewelry. Exchanges can be made for gift certificates, merchandise or services only. For any other questions about our return policy, call or email us.
